Is it a common thing to be rejected from an open day because you have significant experience, like would the firm see someone who has a decent amount a legal experience and think that they may not benefit from an open day, and therefore hand an offer to someone else with less experience...
Why bother with these SJT tests, picked all the options to say I work with detail and take a detailed approach, only for technical approach to be my worst score, and I dont even think HSF review the app if you dont pass it, so wasted my time there, absolute joke!
Best approach is to be honest, don't lie, they will tell, and then say how you are developing on that feedback to ensure you don't make the same mistakes next time
You dont need a work permit to work in Britian, you only need to prove you right to work.
Basically in that app quesiton where it says "do you hold a permit" click no because you are already a citizen.
