62% is an excellent grade for Contract Law. Law firms more often look beyond the grades when assessing candidates. At the end of the day, an exam is a memory test under pressurised circumstances. It doesn't define you as a person.
I certainly do agree that having a discussion around D&I is important. The topic can come up in law firm assessments such as group exercises as I have experienced this in the past.

I definitely agree with your statement. Which now goes back to my question - surely it is better to fabricate a scenario to answer a competency question where you have never been in such a situation so as to avoid being marked down for not being able to come up with a genuine example?
