Having now gotten past the initial sift five times this application cycle only to be rejected after these bs tests, I'm going to focus my efforts on those that don't rely on corporate astrology to filter applicants for the next cycle.

Imagine that you have the attention of your audience for around a minute. What messaging would you want to convey? That's your executive summary. It should be in prose. Bullet points can be used to a limited degree where appropriate.

RS PFOs, when did you apply and when did you do your VIs?
I'm wondering if we've all been rejected because there's no more room at the inn.
I applied on the deadline and did my VI Jan 22nd.
My numerical and verbal reasoning were in the middle of the bar and my pillars were 4 7 6 7.
Strange. Maybe there's a bug. The way these are being sent all over the place might suggest that it's a bug triggered when your VI is being/has been reviewed.

I did their AC in 2017, and the structure appears to be the same. It's a group exercise on a short case study. IIRC our group was asked to present how we would approach advising a shopping centre on an expansion. That's it. Takes about two hours.
Trowers post-test PFO. This is particularly irritating as they interviewed me seven years ago when I was a much weaker candidate, and having to play ridiculous numbers games wasn't part of the standard law firm application process.
I left uni eight years ago, so I just put NA for academic references. My uni personal tutor has moved on from academia. If they really want one then it can be sorted at a later date.
