Hey everyone, I’m Vera!
I am the Head of Product here at TCLA and I am a future trainee at a leading global law firm. I have received three vacation scheme and training contract offers from Magic Circle, Silver Circle and US firms. I come from a non-law background, having studied BA History at UCL and MSc Regulation with a focus on commercial and financial regulation at LSE. My candidates have gone on to secure offers from firms ranging from Slaughter and May to Jones Day. In the past year and a half at TCLA, I have reviewed over 330 applications and conducted 100+ mock interviews!
My favourite thing about working at TCLA is that I get to build long-term relationships with our members. From reviewing their first application of the cycle to getting an email that they have received their dream training contract offer months later, I am so proud of seeing all the hard work that our members put into their training contract journeys.
