The Edward Bramley Law Society is the largest law society at the University of Sheffield, as well as being one of the largest student-led law societies in the UK and in Europe. We are a diverse and international society made up of undergraduates, postgraduates, home and international students. The Society is very much a multifaceted one, and in addition to an excellent range of academic and career opportunities, we run sell-out social events, field winning sports teams and hold various charity events. In 2021, we won the Sheffield Students’ Union Awards for Most Improved Society and Outstanding Charity Contribution of the Year. In 2020, we won the LawCareers.Net Student Law Society Award for Best at Student Engagement, as well as being nominated for Best Society for First-Year Students and Best Law Society Overall.
