Hi all,

Have a query about a practice WG question. If anyone could share whether this is a strong or weak argument, that would be great!

'Would managers' performance be enhanced if they spent one week a year in a junior role?'

Proposed Argument: 'Yes; nobody, not even a manager, really knows what a job is like until they have actually done it themselves.'

Thumbs up for strong, down for weak, any explanation would also be great

I think it's weak because it has no link to a manager's performance, and knowing what a job is like doesn't mean it will affect how managers perform
