W&C recieve over 4k applications each cycle, there's plenty of people in the exact same position who are adequately qualified but for whatever reason overlooked! Don't forget that there isn't a formula for success in these things, they're never for granted. In fact, a lot of these things come down to getting axed by an AI bot that flagged a gramatical error and due to the volume of applicants your application never actually gets read by recruitment. Especially at W&C, rolling applications add a level of uncertainty because you don't know the quality of the other 3,999 applicants. Luckily, a post app pfo means you can likely apply again with a more refined and possibly improved application. Keep your head up, rejection is sometimes redirection, W&C aren't the only firm out there doing what they do!</p></blockquote><p></p>
