Hi [USER=2672]@Jessica Booker[/USER] , hope you are well. Just wanted to ask you, in a VI question for example, if one is asked "Why firm 'x' ", what is the firm looking for in those 90 seconds? does it want the candidate to make as many niche points that demonstrate that the applicant has done his/her research or does it want the applicant to make 2 points that are backed by personal experience? I think the answer is the latter but would love to know your views.
