Still no real news. C.R.S. are taking their sweet time getting back to me but I'm still hopeful because I think my application was quite strong... anyway, I have earned a little break now as next applications aren't due till mid-end of March!
Currently trying to get over a rotten cold so not sure my HCR application was as strong as it could have been... but just doing my best out here!
Thinking about trying to get abroad to use my languages at some point in the summer, but the visa restrictions are rough, as is my financial situation if nobody is willing to give me a paid place somewhere. Considering doing something outside of law, but again finding somewhere willing to pay me is difficult.
As far as applications go, I think they're getting better as I go on. This is my first cycle so it's a steep learning curve but I think I'm doing ok so far. It's hard especially when applying to my top choice firms not to write answers to their questions which read basically as ILOVEYOUSOMUCH I KNOW EVERYTHING ABOUT YOUR FIRM I HAVE A SHRINE TO YOU IN MY BEDROOM PLEASEPLEASEPLEASEPLEASEPLEASEPLEASE
