The assessments took place on different days. Firstly, there was a Watson Glaser test. The next step was a 45 minute interview with HR. The final step was a 1.5 hour written assessment.

The written case study was 1.5 hours to read through a bundle of documents and write a business report outlining the main risks and opportunities.

With the written assessment, try and make some effective links back to Stephenson Harwood's work throughout. It's quite tight for time, so make sure to keep an eye on the clock and cover all areas.
