Not everyone converts and to think they did a video interview to VS offer is wild (amazing but crazy) there will be people  who got that VS that are not a fit for the firm but passed those tests with flying by colours. Farrer is hard because they have 3 vac scheme’s two of them haven’t even commenced yet. Plus their vac scheme students also had to do a Tc application so they reinterview them alongside direct applications it’s a lot in a short space. I don’t think they would’ve taken lots for direct tc, so that’s really a numbers thing rather then a bad application. this cycle is horrific for sure no mercy either 😭 but the constant rejections will make that offer sweeter? I think? I pray I hope 😭</blockquote>
