I can’t say for sure as it will depend on the work you are doing in your role, but many paralegal roles will meet QWE requirements.The issue is that the SRA’s benchmark for QWE is much lower than most firms, and so although paralegal experience will allow you to qualify from a professional regulatory perspective, it may not set you up for NQ/qualified roles in England & Wales.
