Maybe I was too enthusiastic? tried too hard? too many people to TC ratio? didn't fit the culture? I guess we'll never know. Personality only goes soo far when people want to be surrounded by people just like them😬 Grateful for the experience nonetheless and hoping to leverage it this cycle. As for my second VS feedback was very good, the smaller teams cared about personality and made more of an effort to get you involved and to give you praise. It was all irrelevant though as throughout the weeks I knew i didn't want a TC there.</blockquote>
