As well as the fact that you want to see whether you fit in with the firm.What HL are doing is obviously good for those who get it but seems really unfair for those who wanted to prove themselves on the scheme. I do hope they will offer a place/fast track them for a future scheme.Why are firms not opting to postpone the schemes until Winter?
