Help! Error in my submitted application

Hi all,

so I've just come to the gut wrenching realisation that I submitted an application with an error. Basically, it was an 'additional info' text box in the employment section of the form. I was within the word limit, but because I left space between the experience title and my descriptions, this ended up cutting off 5 words of the last sentence which totally ruins its meaning and certainly looks unfinished. I unfortunately didn't notice this when reviewing the preview page. Do you think I should get in touch with HR and let them know?

Yes I would. I'd just flag it up together with how the sentence should read in full. It sounds like more of an administrative error than a mistake you made, so I wouldn't worry too much.

This has happened to me before and I just let the graduate team know and they added a note to my application. It was no biggie for them and I still got through to the next round so I wouldn't worry!

Yep just to echo what has already been said I had a similar thing with Macfarlanes and just let them know. They told me to just add it in as 'supplementary information' and that it wasn't a problem - I've got an AC with them in January! Don't worry the recruitment team will be very understanding about it :)
