Flex Legal experience?

As the title says, I'm wondering how people have found their experience at Flex Legal?

Are the rates competitive?

Also wondering about the general length of time of each gig or role secured through the platform.

I used to work on a 2 week document review project with people from Flex (I got the job from a different recruiter). Around half of the intake (12 people in total) are from Flex and they say Flex is pretty decent.

The rate is normally determined by the law firm on the project. For the project I was on, it was around £14 per hour.

As for the general length, the project I mentioned was initially for 3-4 weeks but we finished the review in 2 weeks so the supervisor told us the project ended early. I heard there may be more long-term job opportunities at Flex but I am not very sure.

I joined flex and within a month got a job as permanent. Other people who worked there also said good things. In regards to rate, you could let me them know what you’re looking for and they would try their best in finding you something.

I'll definitely let them know that I'm looking for full-time + proposed rates.

Just a follow up: for full time roles, the firms contracted through Flex will be offering an annual rate, not an hourly rate, is that right?
