With the virtual schemes, this is mostly what they have to go on (depending on how their scheme is run of course). Some people on my scheme were very quiet and didn't attend all the events but were offered a TC, clearly because their work output scored highly. Despite trainees telling us that the tasks didn't matter, they clearly did. Just interesting to note for people who have virtual VSs coming up this year!</blockquote>
