I was literally wondering the same thing!

The application questions are all done via a video assessment now. There’s this info on their website:

“We’ll ask you to fill in your personal details, tell us about any previous work experience, and you will then need to complete a short video assessment to answer a number of questions about why you’d like to join our firm, and this programme in particular.”

I think they give you a video interview instead this year where they test you on your motivations and comm awareness? Think I read this on their site somewhere.
