Hi there,

It means you will hear by 7 pm on 26 Feb, not at 7 pm on 26 Feb. It means this is the latest you will hear. If the associates who are marking are able to all complete the marking earlier, then of course we will email all candidates sooner, but this is in no way guaranteed. Please do bear in mind, it takes some time for the associates to mark all the exercises with care and diligence on top of their normal workload.

As [USER=31343]@Legalstalker[/USER] says above, when you hear back is not going to change the outcome.
