It's really important to us that our application process is fair to all applicants, so I can't give you any other information, other than what is contained in the emails you've already seen. As mentioned in the emails, you will receive more information in January. The reason we do this, is that all candidates receive the same info at exactly the same time, again to make sure no one is at an advantage.
