No - not necessarily leverage them but you'll have a limited amount of time to accept an offer and commit to it, especially if you want to start your TC earlier. Therefore trying to coordinate any offers at the roughly the same time makes sense, rather than trying to secure TCs after you are already committed to the LPC/SQE with another firm (which is likely to be the case if you wait until the summer).
