I’d put your GDL as the most relevant given the subject and where it is most recent. But it’s up to you, if you think your degree is stronger (eg subject and grades) then up to you to decide whether it is more relevant or not.

the GDL is a post graduate diploma - that is the level you should select.

you should include all modules for the GDL and your degree but make sure they are clearly labelled/attached to the individual qualification
