Aside from Slaughter and May, where should I avoid applying if I just have a 2.1?

I can't think of any other firms who have a similar reputation for a focus on candidates who have achieved/are on track to achieve a 1.1. However, I think you can infer a grade-focused recruitment strategy from the firms who have an application eligibility criterion of a 'high' or 'strong' 2.1, rather than just a 2.1. You should be able to find this on each firm's application page. That said, provided that you have an overall grade over 65% (or mitigating circumstances), I would not discourage you from applying to those firms.
