Approximately how long does it take before candidates hear back from GR to be invited for an AC following a successful SJT.

Is this for the summer VS? If it is for the winter VS, I believe they have given out all the offers.

I also applied for A&O on the 20th November. Passed the SJT but haven't heard back since.

For the summer VS, I think they are still reviewing apps of those who have passed the SJT. With that in mind, I think we should know soon, perhaps before Christmas!

Just so you know, I am in the same position! Applied on virtually the exact same date, passed the SJT and haven't heard anything yet!

You can log in to your application portal and see the status. If it is still under review- that is a good sign. A friend of mine checked their portal and saw that they had been rejected. I do not think they received an email rejection as well- but I will double check.

You might have to email them as mine did not arrive immediately, but they did provide it once I emailed them

In terms of ACs for A&O summer vac, they usually start sending those out in mid-December for interviews in January so I imagine those of you who are at application review stage will be hearing back soon enough.

I applied for a direct TC last year; they host summer vac and TC ACs simultaneously so again I’d say you can expect to hear back between now and maybe Feb/early March at the latest.

I applied for a direct TC last year; they host summer vac and TC ACs simultaneously so again I’d say you can expect to hear back between now and maybe Feb/early March at the latest.

I applied right at the end of August, so really early in and only just received a rejection today. Not sure if that meant it was considered but weird to have a rejection on a weekend!

Probably not - they have started sending AC invitations out already. Also, by the time you apply, get sent SJT and complete it most if not all positions would have been filled.

I agree with Dwight- instead of having a potentially unsuccessful application now, it may just be worth waiting for the next cycle and applying straight away (if you have an application drafted already and assuming the questions remain the same). Use the time between now and then wisely would be my advice!
