    We don’t know that’s how they weight it though right? I think the verbal/numerical may be more important than that, otherwise getting a 1 or a 3 may not hugely impact your overall result…

    Haha the strategy was just putting down different answers than my previous amberjack. I would say think quite carefully about the answers and make sure you're demonstrating you collaborate and work well with others, and are sensitive to how they might feel about your preferred response.
