This isn’t the impression that I got seeing as they’re advertising it as a vacation scheme which could presumably lead to a TC? I would be surprised if a large city firm like DAC hosted an unpaid vacation scheme in any case
I’ve also not even received a VI invite from them but I’ve seen others on this forum have already gone past the VI stage and even had interview invites.
I’m wondering the same thing. I did the Mayer Brown job simulation a couple of weeks ago. I have seen that a fair few people on this forum have received AC invites as long as a week ago, so I’m guessing it’s likely a PFO for us.

Wow, with your academics and experience it really is insane that they would reject you. You really have to question what is going on in the heads of law firm recruitment teams sometimes.
