    Does anyone know of any firms that encourage a direct TC app without a previous vac scheme? Vac scheme deadlines are coming up and if I’m not successful I’m hoping to make direct TC apps but most grad recs say they want more legal experience.

    Hey, this is a really valid feeling. I expressed the same sentiment to my friend (an associate at an MC firm) and she said even she had felt the same during the app stage. Taking a break will definitely help clear your head but don’t give up. You can definitely do this!!!

    Someone got a VI today, so I think they’ll follow last year’s format and AC invites will come after the Christmas break. Especially as they’re non rolling, I think they’re waiting to receive all VIs??Fingers crossed for good news 🤞

    No it’s not. They review your application first and send out the WG if they want you to move on. I receive a PFO after application last week.
