Very strange. I’m sure they won’t reject you if they see it is a technical error — just make sure you have screenshots of the VI page saying you have completed it so you can show them.
They do say after the VI that they will be in contact within 7 days. You should’ve heard back by 30 Oct, so...
Really great post! I second this RE the second half of the question for Q3.
I also talked for quite a while about the first half, and with 30 seconds remaining remembered to talk about the second half. Yikes.
So, make sure you keep that in mind and practice your answers well during prep time...
Hey, I totally understand!
First thing: do not panic (hilarious coming from me given my last post, but really!)
It really wasn’t as difficult as I had built it up to be in my head. It was actually quite simple.
About the VI:
If I’m remembering correctly, you get around 1/2 minutes prep time...
Hey! I don’t believe it is automatic this year.
Also, if anyone is wondering about WG results, I emailed DLA and was informed that they don’t provide assessment reports.
I need to complete my DLA VI by Thursday but really can’t shake my nerves. I’m worried it’s going to reflect when I talk and I have no idea how to deal with it — any tips, please?
I feel like no matter how much I prepare, there’ll be a random question pop up of which I don’t know the answer...
My CV was 2 pages and I’ve received an invite for VI. I think you’re good, but if you’re worried about it maybe keep your education/relevant work experience (whichever is most impressive) on the main page?
From DLA’s website:
The video interview has been developed to assess your motivations and alignment to the role you have applied for. It will consist of three questions which are focused on the behaviours which are important to be successful at DLA Piper.
