    I am quite certain that WG is a part of their screening process. They said during the Open Day that they only review the application after you pass the test. I wouldn't assume a PFO just yet. However, moving on and not thinking too much about it is, in my opinion, a good approach.

    It contained strengths-based (as in, your personality assessment), verbal, numerical, and WG elements. They sent a link to practice it in an email, so I would recommend you to do it first, as it provides a nice overview of what the assessment looks like.

    I was thinking about that, because I also took a lot of time to complete it. Especially after an hour and a half my brain became mush.     Trowers just closed applications for both VS and TC on Monday at 11:59 pm. They're probably just starting to look at them as they're recruiting on a non-rolling basis.
