Thanks for confirming! Would you mind confirming if, in your point of view, the question "In 250 words tell us what a commercial lawyer does. (250 words max)" can be limited to what a commercial lawyer does (and not looking for what key attributes, etc. a commercial lawyer needs to possess) ?

Hi for HSF it asks for an undergraduate reference, however, I graduated in 2018 (so quite a while ago) does anyone know if I can put a teacher from the LPC (that I'm currently doing) or from my place of work (where I have been for the last 2 years) ? Thank you!

Hi, looking at the HSF winter VS and they ask for skills, qualities and attributes you would bring to the role. I've gathered that skills would be work-related (organisation, teamwork) and attributes relate to personality/character (creative, resilient) but what about qualities? I'm not sure...
