I'm not trying to be a scaremonger but I just got rejected by Clifford Chance. Recruitment said I did not have an in-depth understanding of the firm and clients. Felt like a heavy load was lifted and the feedback was thorough. That's enough application from me! Good luck guys! 😭
You do not need legal experience. Any experience will suffice as long as you can draw relevant skills needed for the legal role you're applying for, from your non-legal job/activity.
Another day, another waiting game for CC's feedback call. I have never been more genuine in my life: I do hope an offer comes out of the call we all receive.
