still in the process of writing it actually! This is something I’m struggling with - I’m writing that it was enjoyable because we all learnt something new in terms of processes/different jurisdictions etc as well as getting to know each other as a team etc. It still does feel a bit waffly on my...
Hi, to anyone who got to the next stage of hogan Lovells - how did you go about answering the question about an enjoyable experience where you worked with people from different backgrounds/cultures/personalities? Mine was using an example during a “high stress” time where we all worked together...
Hi Jessica,
Just a quick question about the extra-curricular section of the application form.
For context, I graduated from university just over two years ago. My approach is typically to touch on the voluntary work I did throughout university and then discuss how I've continued this into...
Hi everyone, I’d just wondered how people approached the question about describing a time where you enjoyed working with people from different cultures, backgrounds and/or personalities etc.

How much did everyone end up writing in their app (in terms of meeting the word limit of 4000 characters/650 words approx.)? I'm putting a draft together and its roughly 350 words per question (this is below the limit but I can't seem to reach the limit without it coming across as "waffling".
I just got an email that they’re reviewing apps now. Assume it was automatically sent out to people who applied eg. over two months ago? Has anyone heard back yet? I applied for the direct TC :)
I applied about 2 weeks ago, has anyone heard back after applying around this time? Conscious of the 21 day period they give for reviewing applications.
