1. Achievements - do I discuss the one in my currently role? 2. What sort of development or goal should I talk about? Do I talk about how I want to progress within the role or specific tasks etc? 3. Ambition - I want to be a solicitor Ofc but how do I expand that when talking about ambition ?

The word limit is 500 words so when talking about role should I just mention the day to day things or some of the big things I’ve completed
