I have an interview at Simkins - they said I didn't need to prep anything and we would just go through my application, but does anyone have any previous experience with them and tips on things likely to come up?
it sounds like we should expect to hear back from them by 16th at the latest, so imagine they'll be getting in touch with people this week for second stage.
Has anyone heard back from Wiggin? The email response to applications is out of date and says we will hear back by 30 June 2022, but I assume as the first stage interviews are meant to be w/c 19th June we are hearing back before 30 June 2023.
I submitted my application January 2nd, got invited to VI January 5th, submitted VI January 8th, got confirmation I'd passed HR review and gone on to partner review of VI January 17th, got rejection January 19th.
You can't really prepare for it unfortunately - a couple of the tests have a practice version beforehand and there's a practice app, but it's like a situational judgment test in that it tests for your "natural" behaviours.
I enjoyed doing it but I didn't feel the result I got was very reflective of me. Will be interesting to see if I get progressed to the next stage. Does anyone know how long it takes after the Arctic Shores test?
Does anyone have any thoughts on how to answer this question for Bates Wells:
In 2015 Bates Wells became the first UK law firm to be awarded a B Corp status. If successful, how would you help the firm continue to be a socially responsible organisation?
I think it is focused on CSR, but I'm not...
