Yes I did it the other day, I would definitely recommend that you are in a space where you won't be able to be distracted as many of the 'games' are speed or memory based. I would also recommending that you do it on your phone as its much easier to complete the tasks, and you could practice by...- Kelly_

I totally feel the same! The waiting and refreshing emails is so draining and has definitely increased my anxiety. I try sometimes to put my phone on airplane mode so I don't get distracted as much during the day and if I am feeling too overwhelmed I try doing something that I really enjoy like...- Kelly_
