Re F-Lex: the last I'd heard they had paused their onboarding for a month, which I don't believe is up yet (although I could easily be wrong). At an open day HR gave an example of how one of their current trainees didn't even write a cover letter. Instead, they simply stated they had already covered everything in the application. Seems a real shame to deny the other candidates an opportunity to get into the firm at all. It's hard enough to get a vac, to have it essentially revoked would be devastating. Feeling despondent this VS cycle..any advice is welcome
Completely agree with the advice above, particularly concerning the possibility of making applications once you have completely finished with university. There's a constant pressure to have something lined up for once you graduate but there's no harm at all taking a year out to focus on...- Jen E C

You also tend to be able to find out what category of questions will or won't come up eg commercial/competency/motivational/strengths/situational.
