    Hi! I wanted to ask if anyone maybe has a list of firms or knows the firms that allow you to apply for their TC after you have been rejected from the vac scheme (so same cycle). I think I have heard there are some. Thanks!!!

    I saw that its through Cappfinity which is the platform most firms use for online assessments so i guess it will be quite similar - having to rank what you would do in a situation etc. Some firms also throw in some watson glaser type of questions in the end as well.

    Hi! I did mine last week! It is literally what they said in the email. Motivational and Competencies! So make sure you research the firm well and have some competencies ready! It is also quite informal. It is on Teams so its with cameras on! But they just want to get to know you so be yourself!

    No dont think of it that way! I have not heard of any person getting an AC offer for London! I have heard of PFOs but no ACs yet! They also mentioned they will start replying in the next weeks so dont worry!!:)

    Hey! So I applied around the 19th of January and after 6 days I got an email to do the online test! So I did it quite fast, I did it around the 27th of January! I have not heard anything since then. It is honestly taking so long! Did you also apply for 2024?

Hopefully we all hear back soon, I think they have started giving positions for their Diversity Schemes so maybe now...
