In Private Equity International recently, there was a long feature on the potential impact of COVID-19. In summary:
1. The focus on Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) is intensifying
2. PE is gearing up for more disputes
3. Data considerations are key in due diligence and beyond...
Thanks @NicN! I've actually just made a thread on this which I've linked here for you :)

Hi guys, if any of you are members of the graduate recruitment app Debut, then you can get free access for 6 months to 'Finance Unlocked'. This website looks like it could be really useful for case studies so I'd really recommend checking it out :)
Hi Konstantinos,
Thanks for your question!
So the way that I'm preparing for this vacation scheme is to try and upskill myself in terms of financial knowledge and to just become more financially literate which will help my commercial awareness. I'd really recommend looking at some courses on...
Of course! I'll post about that today in the new thread that myself and Alice have created :)
Which sort of case study do you mean if you don't mind me asking?
I am delighted to say that @Alice G has also agreed to share her tips for vacation schemes so please feel free to ask either or both of us with your questions!
I'd try calling this week if that's the case. I really appreciate how difficult is for you and it can feel frustrating not getting an answer to your email. If you call and there's no answer, just thinking outside the box here and not sure if it would be appropriate @Jessica Booker, but if you...
Hi guys,
Per my post in the 'hearing back from law firms' thread, I thought I would create this so we can bounce ideas off each other and help each other out with any questions to ensure that we can all (hopefully) get those TC offers after this summer!
I'll post my approach today but please...
Hi guys,
I hope everyone is safe and well and coping okay with the circumstances of COVID-19! Fingers crossed we're not too far away from restrictions being lifted a little more!
Apologies for my inactivity over the last few months - I was just finishing my dissertation and sending in my last...

Yeah I would put that in your work experience. If there's a particular achievement you have associated with your e-commerce business or a particular challenge you faced which you overcame, you could then mention that specific point in the first question I'd say but otherwise put it in your work...
I would have a look at the Chambers rankings website and see which firms are ranked for Private Equity - Venture Capital Investments
I know Taylor Wessing is very well regarded in this area but their list will tell you more :)
No you leave those figures exact and only round up or down with the overall average
EDIT: that's the way we do it at Nottingham anyway! Your university may be different...
The way Nottingham does it (which is the way most unis do I believe) is that if the mark is .5 or above you round up and if it's below .5 you round down AFTER using the decimal averages to calculate your overall average if that makes sense?
So in your case, you would use 57.4 and 64.8 and then...
