Hey, thanks! this is the first year IM have used a capp test so I had no idea how to prepare either. It’s a sjt with a short WG at the end if I remember correctly. Did a little (massive) happy dance at work today, got through to the VI for Irwin Mitchell! First ever app I’ve managed to get past the app stage in 3 cycles 😅🙈 any advice would be massively appreciated! I also thought they were non-rolling so a little surprised to have heard back so early!- KerC14

Thanks, the 90s sounds like the best decade to have been looking for a training contract! :') Definitely applying again, I went to a careers event and one first year trainee said they applied to the firm for 8 years before they got in! It's just tough to keep applying but we'll get there!- KerC14

PFO from Irwin Mitchell London office, gutted about this one! This is my second cycle applying to them, I even had my app reviewed by someone at the firm and they gave it the green light :/ I didn't apply to many vac schemes this year but I still haven't managed to get past app stage in 2 cycles 😅- KerC14

Another non vac scheme question (sorry!) but anyone that's applied to Disney for anything before, how did you put your degree 'GPA' on the form? not sure whether to convert my undergrad to the rough GPA equivalent or just leave it off the form?- KerC14
