    I just recieved a rejection from them as well today which does really suck since I felt as though my application was strong. Its ashame we can't get feedback at this stage, or a feedback report from the tests. But best of luck with your applications!

    Thanks! That actually makes sense :). Also, I realise that some questions may take longer to answer, but how long should a competency answer be approximately? At what time, does it become too long?

    I did the interview on the 24th December and they replied on the 3rd January. This was during Christmas and New Years so I thought it would have taken longer. So maybe 1 to 2 weeks, but since the deadline recently passed they may take longer. Also, I originally thought I did terrible as well...
