It's not automatic. WG is the second stage of the process. Since you applied during holidays, it's too soon to expect to hear back from them i guess. Just for context, they're running VIs till February, so there's enough time!!
No firm reveals this usually. It's not very high for BM, as they say that they haven't yet fully analysed the positive relationship between test scores and work performance of their trainees. This is what I remember at least
