Video interviews are somewhat different than in-person interviews because they are usually somewhat jarring at the beginning with the usual "can you see me/ hear me okay?" type questions at the start. I would always recommend changing your application up- even if you're using similar examples etc, look at changing structure/ phrases/ word choice used to make the application read differently.
