Hi, which other firms use similar application systems as Linklater/Irwin Mitchell? I genuinely feel that it is a much better way to test my suitability than trying to relate my past experiences to `why commercial law`, values/areas of work of a firm.
Unfortunately, I think it's a PFO. I applied around the same date and never heard back. However, I know that other people who applied at the same time got VI invitations and I think even AC invitations. That being said, of course, you should never lose hope.
Hi, has anyone received a PFO from Bird&Bird post application? They send that they send PFO's as well as emails about successful applications. However, I was wondering if they send PO's right at the moment when they read and evaluate your application. Cheers.
From what I heard from other recruiters, different firms use different groups against which your performance is assessed. So, your percentile does not mean too much unless you know against whom you are measured. Consequently, there is no general standard that can give you a pass for all the firms.
