Hi Romiras, Really well done for your performance, you must have smashed the interview - I was just wondering if I could get your thoughts on the offer process. I believe, according to my calculations and depending on the amount of students who were made offers post vac scheme, it ranges between 1/6 and 1/8 chance of an offer.- Harvey

Baker McKenzie - can we call them Bakers
Hi, I was wondering if anyone knew what Baker McKenzie's view on shortening their name in an application. I was thinking to write "Bakers" after the first "Baker McKenzie" in the question. Does anyone have any insight on grad rec's opinion about this Thank you!!!!- Harvey

Hearing Back from Firms + AC & Interview Tips Share - 2018 - 2019
**OPINION PLEASE** Last week I attended an assessment centre with CMS. They told us we would be in touch “tomorrow” or “Friday at the latest”. Everyone I have spoken to has already received offers. I haven’t received any contact at all, not even a rejection email. What do you guys think?- Harvey

To clarify, I didn’t mean to explain how the “topic” is somehow related to the firms’ practice. But you should explain why the topic is relevant and why the firm should be interested. E.g. being a poker player - good for negotiation, working under pressure etc.- Harvey

@Jaysen can I get your opinion please I still haven't heard anything from HSF. I passed the online assessment, but have not been contacted about AC yet? The winter vac scheme starts on the 3rd December, surely there is no chance they will ask me to come for AC now? What do you think...- Harvey

It might seem like you have a lot of freedom to talk about anything you want, but actually it is very important that you somehow relate it back to the firm.
