    Congratulations, securing 5 interviews sounds like a dream right now aha. It’s also my first cycle. I’ve sent 10 apps (1 pfo, 9 waiting for responses) and the waiting game right now is quite stressful :/

    l don’t think rolling deadlines are supposed to be advantageous for those applying earlier. I see it more as a relief for HR so they don’t have to screen hundreds of applications at once. Could be wrong though

    Maybe not the place but those Ashurst tests were certainly interesting. I understand the proofreading simulation etc… But the emotions section seemed so reductive. There’s body language, tone, individual differences… Never thought I’d say I prefer WG aha :)

    This is so useful, thank you! I was worried that I wasn’t putting in enough time into my applications. I agree with you completely. I spent hours on my first application but with practice I’ve reduced that time massively. Thanks again :)

    How long do people usually spend on applications? I usually spend around 1/2 days but I’ve been told that’s not enough time. Not quite sure as I’ve heard some people take a week perfecting an application.
