Hi everyone,
I am wondering if anyone has ever been offered a TC and not taken it, even though they didn't have another TC offer at the same time, nor a coming vacation scheme or anything else coming up yet.
I mean declined it purely because they felt there were firms that would be a better...
I listen to the 'Commercial Awareness' podcast on Spotify. The episodes are very short (5 to 10 mins) and essentially relay headlines and address the relevance to the business world/commercial law. I like how short it is because I don't always have time to listen to something that is longer than...
Oh thank you Jaysen! Such a nice surprise :) This forum is the best thing that's happened to me this year!
Happy for this month to be my free month.
Thank you again :)

Hi Everyone,
I'm thinking about next application cycle and wonder if people with more experience of applying have thoughts on this:
Where firms offer Winter, Spring and Summer vacation schemes, and all schemes offer a TC interview at the end (and assuming I am eligible to either of them), what...
Sorry if this isn't the right place to post this (couldn't find the 'ask me anything' thread).
Which firms, apart from Weil and Kirkland, do a lot of private equity work?
Thank you :)
