On my written application to Gateley, I spelt it as Gately instead of Gateley throughout my application. I think I mentioned their name 2 or 3 times. Would you suggest that I message them to let them know, or would that make it worse? I think this has probably ruined my chances completely...- Lilz

A competency based interview is more situational, I.e. describe a time when you have led a team, or a time when you have resolved conflict. A strength based interview is more about you and your interests, e.g. what tasks make you feel energetic, what do you enjoy doing in your spare time...- Lilz

I have received my timetable, and after the first few paragraphs it says, “Following this, you will be invited to a strengths based interview”. On the chart at the bottom it then says my interview date, which is nearly 2 weeks after my AC? Is this the strengths interview, or a separate interview?- Lilz

Yeah I have done one before, for a firm similar to Kennedys. At my AC there were 8 people there on the day. However, there were 4 different time slots I could choose from, so I’m presuming 32 people in total (for the Northern TC). However, there was also a Southern TC, so I’m assuming theirs was...- Lilz

I am sure last year it was 90 seconds per question and there were four or five asked. I think maybe the question showed for approx 30 seconds on the screen and then you had 90 seconds to answer. There also wasn't a running clock between each question, so you could start the next question when...- Lilz

Ah okay thankyou! I think last year, there was an extra step to qualify to the partner interview, so it wasn’t an automatic invite for everyone at the AC (I’m not too sure I may be wrong though). However, on the email it seems like it assumes that we’re all having that interview? I’m not...- Lilz
