    this may be a very dumb question - but why are law firms opening offices in Dublin. I read that it is because they can have access to EU markets ..... but they already have offices in Germany, France etc... Is it because it is an English speaking city in Europe or is there another reason?

    I thought it depends on whether you know who you are addressing it to. So for example Dear (let's say) Emma, you would sign off with 'yours sincerely'. But To whom it may concern or Dear Graduate Recruitment, you would sign off with 'yours faithfully'. At least that is the rule I always use ....

    ^^ Any advice on this from pros? 🤣 I think the most basic thing I am thinking of (well of course it depends on the risks and the matter at hand), is negotiating better contractual terms or including specific terms in contracts to reallocate risks i.e. warranties, indemnities, representations.

    Yes, roughly but honestly I didn't really check my notes when doing the test. Also, right at the beginning there is a video from, i think, a partner. I made notes of it because he mentions a few competencies that Latham's finds central.
