I didn't get a confirmation email so dw- I just got an SJT invite not long after applying. I'm pretty sure SJT is automatic PS you might get an email a few days after completing SJT saying that you haven't completed it, and that you need to do it within 24 hours or else your app will be...- M777

I know most firms get back to you post SJT- I know from experience with links, and from when I applied to HSF a couple years back but got rejected immediately after finishing the SJT. However, I don't think I've ever heard anything from A&O. This is what I see on my portal:- M777
