Yeah, you're not the only one! Seen a few people on here saying that A&O's grad rec told them it was non-rolling. Not sure what's going on- though I think they were having tons of tech issues with SJT results coming through?

Can anyone shed light on how A&O's timings are working this year? People have recalled grad rec saying it's non-rolling, then the website saying it's rolling, and then of course everyone's getting SJT invites/app outcomes at different times. The date you applied seems to have no bearing on it...
Don't worry- HSF's reports usually come out with something like this. 9 times out of 10, SJT reports make inaccurate, broad-brush and unfair statements about your personality.
I'm sure HSF are well aware of this- I'd be surprised if it was the lone decisive factor determining your application's...
Dw they're snails at replying usually - I suspect their inbox is full of kean bean first year students asking them for tips on how to write a good vac scheme application.
They're a lot more responsive if you call them. I left a voicemail (was having issues with the SJT) and they called me back...

Don't worry about it. I didn't hear back with an email until two days ago, and I applied well over a month and a half ago!
